The Subaru After Sales channel were offered an incentive to Japan conditional to sales targets being hit over a 6 month sales period. 50 participants qualified
Objective:
The brief was to construct an itinerary that would engage the participants and to choose locations that represented the best that Japan had to offer.
Two cities were chosen being Tokyo and Kyoto.
The emphasis was to choose content that had a wow factor and would not be considered activates that they would normally do themselves.
Results
Participants who qualified achieved a percentage of growth over already high targets. The incentive changed sales behavior
